Comprehensive Cognitive Assessment

Gain a comprehensive understanding of your cognitive health, memory and concentration through a scientifically validated assessment.  This assessment is a 60-minute visit and includes the following components:

• Detailed discussion of current and prior memory concerns
• Evaluation of risk factors (such as family history, lifestyle, psychological health, medications, sleep and medical conditions) that can affect memory and cognitive health
• Comprehensive exam includes in-office memory testing, labs and imaging
• Screening for the earliest stages of Alzheimer's disease and dementia, as well as assessing future dementia risk
• Discussion of the most up-to-date dementia treatments
• Dementia preventive counseling
